Our story
Maza, starts with a love story: from multicultural families, Robin comes from Linhai, China, Julien has an Egyptian mother and a Swiss father. Fascinated by the world of hospitality and catering, trained in Swiss hotel schools, they worked in the catering field for more than 15 years in the catering departments of several international luxury hotel chains, from the United States to Japan, via France and Switzerland
In 2021, they settled in Switzerland to pursue their passion, centered on a value that is particularly dear to them: sharing. Sharing an experience based on seasonal, local and creative cuisine, where each dish tells a story.
